Chocolate Fudge

Chocolate Fudge

2 sticks butter

4 c sugar

1 can evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 c chocolate chips (more if wanted)

1/2 bag mini marshmallows

1 1/2 c pecans (more if wanted)

Combine butter, sugar, and milk in large sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil 6 – 8 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring until fully combined. Pour into pan. I use a large cake pan or casserole dish.
